Design the vision for the flight selection experience

In my most ambitious project done as Product Designer 
in eDreams, during almost five months 
I’ve completely revamped the experience, 
the interaction and the look and feel of the flight’s results page, creating the vision for a crucial step in the user's final conversion.

Discovery

Combining usage data and user’s input, I reshaped the way the results page fits into the booking journey, modernising the experience and solving core issues.

Ideation

Benchmarked over 70 apps, ran ideation sessions and workshops, wish-listed functionalities based on competitive analysis, user research, industry must haves and nice to haves.

Design

Tackled the edit search functionality, designed 20+ flight cards and 10+ flight details options, and defined interaction 
and animations, tailoring the exploration on 
4 archetypes of users and scenarios.

Validation

Ran user testing session to validate design options 
and the end to end experience, mimicking with animated prototypes the interactions between pages and their effects on the overall experience.
